We want you to love your Man Cave. If something isn't right, this policy explains how to return it. It sits alongside your statutory rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its implementing regulations, which are not affected by anything below.
1. 14-day returns
You may return an unworn watch within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn and undamaged, with no signs of wear;
- In its original box with all packaging, tags, manuals and accessories;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or invoice).
2. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable period of delivery and we will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping. This is in addition to your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
3. How to start a return
- Email care@mancave.example with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the watch securely in its original box and send it back (or hand it to our courier where arranged).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
5. Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover it.
6. Exchanges
Want a different strap or model? Start a return for the original item and place a new order, or contact us and we'll help arrange the exchange.
7. Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, altered or damaged after delivery, or of gift cards. This does not apply to faulty items.
8. Warranty
Every Man Cave watch is covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement and workmanship, from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, water damage beyond the stated resistance, or unauthorised repairs. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
