1. Where we ship
We ship across the United Arab Emirates, the GCC, and to selected international destinations. If your country isn't available at checkout, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
2. Delivery charges
- UAE: Free on orders over AED 500. A flat AED 25 applies below that.
- GCC & international: Calculated at checkout based on destination and shown before you pay.
3. Dispatch & delivery times
- Dispatch: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24–48 hours (business days).
- UAE delivery: Typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- GCC: Typically 3–7 business days.
- International: Typically 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to events outside our control.
4. Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation. You can follow your order any time on our Track Order page using your order number.
5. Customs, duties & taxes
UAE prices include applicable VAT. For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
6. Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional charge.
